The inside layer is a high-tech waterproof fabric that is designed to keep you dry. You'll find them quite comfortable and not stiff or heavy to wear. We've also added convenient 24'' side zippers so you can slip them off without taking your boots off. Belt loops are fully adjustable with heavy-duty snaps.
